Accepted Payment Methods

Novatherix Laboratories accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment options may vary based on order value, customer location, processor availability, or transaction review requirements.

Payments should only be submitted through the official Novatherix website or through instructions provided directly by Novatherix Laboratories.

Currency and Order Total

All prices and transactions are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.

The complete order total will be displayed before the order is submitted and may include:

• Product costs
• Applicable sales taxes
• Shipping charges
• Discounts or promotional credits

Payment Authorization

Full payment is required before an order can be processed or shipped.

Submitting an order authorizes Novatherix Laboratories and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the complete order total. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been authorized and an order confirmation has been issued.

Some financial institutions may display a temporary authorization or pending charge. The timing of authorization releases and completed charges is controlled by the customer’s financial institution.

Billing Information and Verification

Customers must provide accurate and complete billing, contact, and shipping information.

An order may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled when:

• Billing information cannot be verified
• The billing information does not match the payment method
• The transaction is declined or flagged by a payment provider
• The transaction appears unauthorized or fraudulent
• Additional verification is reasonably required

Novatherix Laboratories reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified.

Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, customers should verify that their billing information is correct and contact their financial institution when necessary.

Novatherix Laboratories does not control approval decisions made by banks, card issuers, digital wallet providers, or other payment processors.

Orders with incomplete, declined, reversed, or expired payments will not be fulfilled.

Alternative and Manual Payments

When an alternative or manual payment method is offered, the order will remain on hold until payment has been received and verified.

Customers must follow the instructions provided during checkout or through an authorized Novatherix communication. Failure to include the requested order information may delay verification and fulfillment.

Never send payment to an account, username, address, or payment link received from an unverified source.

Payment Security

Payments may be processed through independent payment providers. Their security procedures, privacy practices, transaction rules, and terms may apply.

Novatherix Laboratories may change, suspend, or discontinue a payment option because of processor requirements, security concerns, operational issues, or applicable requirements.

Order Cancellations

Customers should contact Novatherix Laboratories immediately if they need to request an order cancellation.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders that have entered preparation, fulfillment, or shipment may no longer qualify for cancellation.

If Novatherix Laboratories approves a cancellation after payment has been collected, the approved amount will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds and Replacements

Refund and replacement eligibility is governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Verified shipping damage may qualify for a one time replacement after review of the claim and supporting documentation. Refunds or account credits are not provided for shipping damage.

Approved payment corrections may require several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Customers who believe they were charged incorrectly or more than once should contact us promptly with their order number and a description of the issue.

Novatherix Laboratories will investigate the transaction and correct any verified billing error.

Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Novatherix Laboratories before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern.

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading payment dispute may result in cancellation of pending orders or restrictions on future purchases. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable law.
