Shipping Options
Novatherix generally ships through UPS and FedEx. Our fulfillment team selects the carrier and service that provides the most reliable delivery for your destination. Carrier selection may vary based on location, service availability, and operating conditions.
Orders addressed to a PO Box may be shipped through USPS Priority Mail when UPS or FedEx cannot complete delivery to the provided address.
Two Day Shipping — $14
Free on orders of $150 or more
Orders are generally shipped using UPS or FedEx two day service. Delivery is typically expected within two business days after the carrier receives the package.
A flat $14 shipping charge applies to orders below $150. Two day shipping is complimentary when the order subtotal reaches $150 after discounts.
For PO Box addresses, we may substitute USPS Priority Mail. USPS transit times may differ from UPS or FedEx two day service.
Processing and Tracking
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation containing tracking information once your package has been dispatched.
Transit times begin after the carrier accepts the package. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by PO Box restrictions, rural destinations, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other conditions beyond our control.
